Exchange and Return Form

    We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee starting from the date you receive your pillow. Please allow 7–10 days to adjust to the cervical support before requesting an exchange or return. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

    Additional Information:

    1. Shipping: We recommend using USPS and a mailing bag as we do not provide prepaid return labels. 
    2. Processing Time: Returns/exchanges can take 2–3 weeks to process. Missing paperwork may cause delays.
    3. Refunds: We will refund your provider, who will then refund you according to their policy.
    4. Exchanges: Exchanges must be for the same pillow size as purchased; only color changes within that size are allowed. We will cover return shipping to the address provided.
